Claus Aagaard, Mars (Co-chair USA)

Chief Financial Officer, Mars and Co-Chair of the A4S CFO Leadership Network US Chapter
Claus is Mars, Incorporated’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He was appointed CFO in 2016, with responsibility for Finance, Strategy, Corporate Development, Digital and Shared Services for the Mars group of businesses.
Claus has been with Mars for 18 years and brings to the Mars leadership team an extensive background in finance, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Beyond the numbers, Claus is widely admired for his strategic thinking and leadership qualities.
Claus has spent all of his career in finance and strategy roles and prior to his current role, served as CFO for the Petcare business from 2009-2016, where he drove many years of exceptional growth, strategic portfolio expansion, financial performance and value creation. Claus was instrumental in the acquisition of IAMS, and the expansion into pet health services.
Claus earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master Diploma degree in Finance and Accounting from the Business School in his native Herning, Denmark.
Andy Agg, National Grid (Co-chair Europe)

Group Chief Financial Officer, National Grid, and Co-Chair of the A4S CFO Leadership Network Europe
Andy trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a member of the ICAEW. He has significant financial experience, having previously held a number of senior finance leadership roles across the Group, including Group Financial Controller, UK CFO and, most recently, Group Tax and Treasury Director. Andy’s in-depth knowledge of National Grid, both in the UK and US, and his broad experience in operational and corporate finance roles have ensured a smooth transition to his role as CFO.
Andy graduated with a BA(Hons) degree in history from University of Bristol and served in a number of roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, including a secondment to the US, before joining the Group in 2008.
Chaye Cabal-Revilla, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (Co-chair Asia Pacific)

Executive Director, Chief Finance, Sustainability, and Risk Officer, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation
Chaye has joined Metro Pacific Investments Corporation as an Executive Director, Chief Finance, Sustainability, and Risk Officer in 2020. She is a seasoned finance executive who brings with her over 20 years of extensive experience in telecommunications, manufacturing, retailing, and nonstock non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining MPIC, she held various executive leadership positions at the PLDT Group, the Philippines’ largest fully integrated telco company. She was Senior Vice President & Controller of PLDT, CFO of Smart Communications, CFO and Treasurer of PLDT-Smart Foundation, and PLDT Group’s Chief Sustainability Officer.
Chaye is a Certified Public Accountant and an Appointed Member of the Financial Reporting Standards Council of the Philippines.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the De La Salle University and a Master’s in Business Management Major in Finance from the Asian Institute of Management. She also attended the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business in California, USA.
Tim Deacon, Sun Life (Co-Chair Canada)

Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Sun Life and Co-Chair of the Canadian Chapter of the A4S CFO Leadership Network
Tim Deacon is Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Sun Life and is a member of its Executive Team. He is responsible for leading the company’s finance organization including Finance, Tax, Capital Management, Investor Relations, and strategic finance initiatives.
Tim joined Sun Life in April 2024 and has more than 20 years of senior management experience in financial management and global investments.
Prior to joining Sun Life, Tim held several progressively senior roles in the Financial Services industry. Tim joined Sun Life from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP) where he served as their Chief Financial Officer for three years.
Previously, he held executive roles at Manulife, including as Group Controller and Global Chief Accounting Officer and as its Executive Vice-President and CFO of the Global Wealth and Asset Management business. Tim was also a director at PwC LLP in the Global Capital Markets Group based in Toronto and London.
Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (FCPA), a U.S. Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
As an active community leader, in addition to being co-chair of of the Canadian Chapter of the A4S CFO Leadership Network, Tim is a board member and Treasurer of Business / Arts, a national not-for-profit arts organization, and St. Clement’s School in Toronto. He is also a member of CPA Canada’s Corporate Performance Reporting Board.
Maria Ferraro, Siemens Energy (Co-chair Europe)

Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer, Siemens Energy and Co-Chair of the A4S CFO Leadership Network Europe
Maria Ferraro was appointed Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Energy AG and Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Energy Management GmbH effective May 1, 2020. Prior to her appointment, she held several senior management positions in Corporate Finance within Siemens in the United Kingdom, as well as in Canada, Germany and the United States.
Before being appointed Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Energy, Maria Ferraro held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Operating Company Digital Industries as well as Chief Diversity Officer at Siemens AG.
Maria Ferraro was born and educated in Canada. She is a designated Chartered Accountant and spent her early career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Nortel Networks, holding a variety of roles in Canada and on a global level whilst gaining in-depth experience in European and Asian markets.
Karen Higgins, The Co-operators Group (Co-Chair Canada)

Executive Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, The Co-operators Group and Co-Chair of the A4S CFO Leadership Network Canada Chapter
Karen is responsible for the financial management, strategic planning, and corporate development for the group of companies.
Karen brings almost two decades of leadership and management experience in the financial field, holding previous roles with Clarica, Sun Life Financial and Seniors Money Limited, before joining The Co-operators Group in 2008, as Vice-President, Corporate Finance. In 2011 she took on the role of Vice-President Finance, Property and Casualty Operations (CGIC, COSECO, CUMIS General), and in 2017 she led the finance team within the Life operations (CLIC and CUMIS Life) where she oversaw the financial analysis and actuarial valuation of the organizations in support of business strategies, initiatives and operations.
Karen earned her Chartered Director designation through The Directors College in 2016 and her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 1990. In addition to her Honours BA and Business diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University, she completed Harvard Business School’s Leadership program and the Change Management program from Wharton Business School.
She is actively involved in her community as the Chairperson of St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation.
Kevin Monteiro, Japfa (Co-chair Asia Pacific)

Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Japfa Ltd
Mr Monteiro was appointed Executive Director on 16 April 2014. He is our Chief Financial Officer responsible for developing a balanced capital structure, to source adequate funding for the Japfa Group, and to ensure the integrity of the Group’s financial data. He has oversight over all financial operations of our Group. He is also a member of the Sustainability Committee.
Mr Monteiro was previously the Head of Corporate Finance of our subsidiary, PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk and has longstanding experience of working in the agri-food industry, having joined PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk in 1999. His responsibilities in this position included overseeing the Company’s capital structure and managing equity-related matters such as investor relations, annual reports and IDX-compliance.
Prior to joining PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, Mr Monteiro was a financial advisor to another IDX-listed company between 1995 and 1999. Between 1985 and 1995, Mr Monteiro practised as a chartered accountant, first as a sole practitioner, and later as a partner of Callaway & Hecht in Melbourne. Whilst in practice, Mr Monteiro was a registered tax agent and registered company auditor in Australia.
Mr Monteiro obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University, Australia in 1979 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since 1982.
Harmit Singh, Levi Strauss & Co. (Co-chair USA)

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Levi Strauss & Co and Co-Chair of the A4S CFO Leadership Network US Chapter
Harmit is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Levi Strauss & Co. Harmit is responsible for managing the company’s finance, information technology, strategic sourcing and global business services functions globally. This includes: financial planning and analysis, strategic planning and corporate development, accounting and controls, tax, enterprise risk management, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations.
Harmit is a seasoned financial executive with almost 30 years of experience in driving growth for global consumer brands. Throughout his career, he has worked at companies that serve consumers in the hospitality, restaurant, travel and financial industries.
Prior to joining LS&Co. in January 2013, Harmit served as chief financial officer of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he successfully established a global financial structure, took the company public, built a strong balance sheet, and drove growth by supporting capital deployment for acquisitions and investments.
Before Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Harmit held various global leadership roles at Yum! Brand foods, the world’s largest restaurant company, (including CFO of Pizza Hut U.S. and CFO of Yum restaurants International). Early in his career, Harmit also worked at American Express India and Price Waterhouse in India.
Harmit holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and is a chartered accountant from India. He is also a proud member of the CNBC Global CFO Council and Wall Street Journal CFO Network. In 2018, Harmit was named to the board of OpenText, a global enterprise information management software company.
Dawn Allen, Haleon

Chief Financial Officer, Haleon
Dawn Allen assumed her role as Chief Financial Officer and Board member of Haleon in November 2024.
Dawn is a Chartered Accountant, with an extensive and proven track record of financial, international and consumer experience. She joins Haleon from Tate & Lyle plc where she was CFO and member of the Board and Executive Team.
Her previous experience includes a 25-year career at Mars Inc. where she was more recently Global CFO and Vice President of Global Transformation.
Dawn also serves as Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit & Risk Committee at the British media company ITV plc.
Philippe Blondiaux, Chanel

Global Chief Financial Officer, Chanel
Philippe is the Global CFO of Chanel. Based in London he oversees finance operations across the various divisions, regions, and activities of the company. He is in charge of modernizing the finance vision and skillsets, and bringing valuable insights to the business leadership of the company.
A French national, Philippe earned his MBA from Ecole de Management de Lyon and his DESCF (French Chartered Accountancy highest diploma) before starting his career with KPMG.
With the Bolloré Group for 7 years, he held positions as operational CFO of various subsidiaries of the Group in Africa before moving to Nestlé where he held different CFO positions in Ivory Coast, Pakistan, Switzerland and Russia.
As the CFO of the Nestlé Russian/CIS Region in Moscow, he partnered with the CEO to drive double digit growth in a year before being promoted CFO of Nestlé Europe where he oversaw a finance organization of 3,000 people while actively contributing to regain market share and restore profitability. As Nestlé‘s Senior VP–Corporate/Group Controller reporting to the CFO, he controlled the group strategic business units and co-piloted the group’s Strategy and Operational management along with the Group CEO, CFO, and other members of the leadership team.
In his free time, Philippe trains and runs marathons all over the world. He is currently developing his skills as a cyclist and training to compete in triathlons.
Andrew Bonfield, Caterpillar

Chief Financial Officer, Caterpillar
Andrew has responsibility for Finance Services, Financial Products and Global Information Services.
Andrew joined Caterpillar on 1st September 2018 and brings more than three decades of financial expertise to the role, most recently serving as Group CFO and board member of National Grid plc, a British multinational electricity and gas utility company. Prior to National Grid, Andrew held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Cadbury plc and also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bristol Myers Squibb.
Andrew is a chartered accountant and holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa.
He serves as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, a British multinational consumer goods company.
Ken Bowles, Smurfit Kappa Group

Group Chief Financial Officer, Smurfit Kappa Group
Ken Bowles was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of the Smurfit Kappa Group in April 2016 and was appointed a Director of the Group in December 2016. He joined the Smurfit Kappa in 1994 and has occupied a number of finance roles in various parts of the Group. Prior to his appointment as Group CFO he held the position of Group Financial Controller from 2010. He was the Group’s Head of Tax from 2007 to 2010 prior to which he was appointed as the Group’s first Head of Compliance in 2004. Mr Bowles is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and holds a first class MBA from the UCD Graduate School of Business.
Julie Brown, GSK

Chief Operating and Financial Officer, GSK
Julie trained as a Chartered Accountant and fellow of the Institute of Taxation with KPMG
She joined ICI and then subsequently became part of Astrazeneca for 25 years. She undertook 11 different roles in 4 countries, 3 continents and 4 Functions (Finance, Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Commercial).
Julie undertook roles across all aspects of the healthcare value chain in AstraZeneca ranging from R&D, to Product Strategy & Licensing, Supply Chain and Commercial. She led major change programmes including $1bn efficiency and cost savings programmes in Operations and R&D.
Julie then joined Smith & Nephew as Group CFO at the beginning of 2013 until joining Burberry as their COO and CFO in January 2017.
She joined GSK as their CFO in April 2023.
Claudia Cordioli, Zurich Insurance Group

Group Chief Financial Officer, Zurich Insurance Group
Claudia Cordioli, Zurich Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Executive Committee, has served in various senior positions in insurance, reinsurance and consulting. Prior to joining Zurich as CFO on March 1, 2024, she served as Swiss Re’s group finance director from 2022 to 2024, overseeing core finance functions and the group’s transition to IFRS 17. From 2020 to 2022, she served as CFO of Swiss Re’s reinsurance business, and prior to that, held various senior positions across the group including head of Western and Southern Europe, leading its reinsurance business in 15 countries. Before joining Swiss Re in 2003, she worked in banking and consulting firms as a senior consultant, including at KPMG, Zurich (Switzerland).
Ms. Cordioli is a fellow of the Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Ms. Cordioli holds a degree in business administration from the University of Verona (Italy), Faculty of Economics. In 2007 she passed her certified public accountant (CPA) exam with the New Hampshire, U.S., Board of Accountancy.
Filipe Da Silva, Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.

Chief Financial Officer, Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.
Mr. Da Silva joined Alimentation Couche-Tard as Senior Vice President, Finance in March 2023, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer on July 1, 2023. Prior to joining Couche-Tard, Mr. Da Silva Nogueira held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Head of Real Estate at Walmart Canada, from April 2020 to March 2023 and CFO of Central America from April 2016 to January 2021.
Previously, Mr. Da Silva held various management positions within TotalEnergies, a French energy conglomerate, in Argentina, followed by Carrefour, a French multinational retail and wholesaling corporation, working out of Buenos Aires, Colombia, India and Indonesia. He later joined Groupe Exito, one of South America’s largest retailers before joining Walmart in 2016 as CFO for Central America operations.
Mr. Da Silva holds a Masters in Strategy and Finance from ESCP Business School.
Sally Ding, Heathrow Airport Holdings

Chief Financial Officer, Heathrow Airport Holdings
Sally was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in October 2024 and before that she was Acting CFO. Since joining Heathrow in 2006, Sally has played a key role in shaping Heathrow’s capital structure and establishing Heathrow’s credit in the financial market.
In over 6 years as the Director of Treasury, Sally has driven and delivered sophisticated financing strategy during both expansion and crisis periods, as well as complicated business planning for the last couple of years to enable business recovery and accelerate growth.
Paul M. Donofrio, Bank of America

Vice Chairman, Bank of America
Paul M. Donofrio is vice chairman of Bank of America and a member of the company’s executive management team.
As vice chairman, he oversees the company’s sustainability activities and co-chairs the ESG Committee. He stewards the company’s efforts in support of their $1.5 trillion sustainable finance commitment, including oversight of investments in Minority Depository Institutions and private equity funds through their $1.25 billion commitment to racial equality and economic opportunity, as well as investments made through their $1 trillion Environmental Business Initiative. He also has responsibility for the investment function of the company’s pension, which totals over $22 billion. In addition, the BofA Global Research department reports to him.
Paul joined the company in 1999. He most recently served as Bank of America’s chief financial officer for more than six years from 2015 to 2021. Before then, he held a number of key roles across the company, based in New York City and London. He served as co-head of Global Corporate and Investment Banking, head of Global Corporate Banking, head of Global Corporate Credit and Transaction Banking, co-head of Investment Banking, head of all Global Industry Groups and co-head of the Global Healthcare Group. His product experience includes M&A, global capital markets, including debt, equity, foreign exchange and derivative capital markets, as well as traditional banking products, such as loans, leases, global payments and deposits.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Paul worked at UBS, where he was a senior member of the healthcare group from 1994 to 1999, focusing on biotech, specialty pharmaceuticals, and large cap pharmaceutical companies. Previously, he worked at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in the health care, technology and debt restructuring groups.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Paul served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1988 as a naval flight officer.
Kate Ferry, Burberry

Chief Financial Officer, Burberry
Kate is a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer having held roles in both public and private companies. In addition to her financial acumen, Kate has extensive experience driving business transformation and strategic development and a deep understanding of public markets. She has particular expertise in the retail sector, as well as an excellent understanding of the luxury industry. In her early career, Kate was involved in numerous IPOs including that of Burberry in 2002. Kate is a Chartered Accountant.
Michael Fitzgerald, Mass Transit Railway Corporation

Michael Fitzgerald - Finance Director, MTR Corporation
Michael Fitzgerald has been the Finance Director and a Member of the Executive Directorate of the MTR Corporation (66.hk) since 1 January 2024. He joined the Company as Finance Director – Designate on 19 September 2023.
Michael is responsible for the financial management of the Company’s affairs, including financial planning and control, budgeting, accounting and reporting, and corporate finance. He also leads the treasury and investor relations functions of the Company.
Mr Fitzgerald has extensive corporate finance and investment banking experience. He started his career at KPMG in London in 1995 and worked for Société Générale from 1999 to 2014, holding various posts in London, Hong Kong and Paris. After he left Société Générale, Mr Fitzgerald joined the Orient Overseas (International) Limited (“OOIL”) group as the Group Finance Director and was later appointed as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Compliance Committee of OOIL. He was also a director and a member of the Executive Committee of Orient Overseas Container Line Limited, the main operating company of the OOIL group.
Mr Fitzgerald is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”), and a member of the ICAEW’s Hong Kong Committee. He holds both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
Nicholas Goodman, Brookfield Asset Management

Managing Partner, Chief Financial Officer, Brookfield Asset Management
Nicholas Goodman is a Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management, responsible for Brookfield's global finance, treasury, risk management and technology functions.
Mr. Goodman joined Brookfield in London in 2010 and has held several finance roles across the organization. Most recently he served as Treasurer of Brookfield Asset Management and prior to that was Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Goodman worked for several large financial institutions in London and New York.
Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Jim Gray, Ingredion

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ingredion
Jim Gray is the executive vice president and chief financial officer at Ingredion, a position he has held since March 2017. Gray sets the financial direction for the company by developing strategies to drive sustained, profitable growth to maximize shareholder value. In this role, Gray has oversight for Ingredion’s global accounting, finance, internal audit, treasury, investor relations and tax functions.
Prior to his current role, Gray served in senior financial positions within Ingredion as vice president of corporate finance and chief financial officer of North America. Before joining Ingredion in 2014, Gray had a 12-year tenure with PepsiCo Inc. where he served in executive leadership functions as chief financial officer, Gatorade and Propel, and vice president of finance, PepsiCo Beverages North America. Before PepsiCo Inc., Gray worked at Bain & Company for 10 years leading strategic growth projects with assignments in both the U.S. and Europe. Gray also held senior finance positions at Texas Pacific Group and PRA Securities Advisors.
Gray serves as president of the board of directors for the Ingredion Foundation and is on the board of Rafhan Maize Products Company. Gray also is the lead director for PureCircle Ltd.
Gray earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley and graduated with distinction with a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
R. Scott Herren, Cisco

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Cisco
R. Scott Herren is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cisco, managing the financial strategy, global finance organization, procurement, and mergers/ acquisitions and integrations for the company with total revenue for fiscal year 2020 of $49.3 billion and 77,500 employees. Herren is focused on accelerating Cisco’s shift towards a more software-based business model, maximizing long-term shareholder value, and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency for which Cisco is known.
Prior to joining Cisco in 2020, Herren spent over six years as CFO at Autodesk where he was responsible for global financial strategy including operations, corporate development, financial systems, tax and treasury as well as the company’s procurement organizations. Herren was instrumental in orchestrating Autodesk’s business-model transformation – shifting from selling perpetual licenses to selling subscriptions. Before Autodesk, he held senior level strategy and financial positions at Citrix Systems, FedEx and IBM.
Herren is a member of the Georgia Tech Industrial and Systems Engineering Advisory Board. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia University.
Patrice Impey, Translink

Chief Financial Officer, Translink
Patrice Impey is the Chief Financial Officer for Translink, an integrated, multi-modal transportation authority for the Metro Vancouver Region of British Columbia, Canada. Translink is responsible for planning, managing, and operating the region’s transportation network to help meet the needs of customers, residents, businesses, and goods movers – now and in the future - and plays a critical role in creating a more sustainable region. TransLink is one of only a few authorities worldwide that has a responsibility for managing an integrated urban transportation network, including the development of pedestrian and cycling infrastructure. It’s service area covers more than 1,800 square kilometers and includes 21 municipalities, one electoral area and one Treaty First Nation, with an average of 1.3 million boardings each weekday.
Patrice oversees all areas of Finance, as well as Strategic Sourcing and Enterprise Sustainability. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters in Business Administration, as well as an ESG Designation from Competent Boards. She has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial and operational management positions in the private and public sectors. Patrice previously held CFO positions for the City of Vancouver, SAP Business Objects Americas, and Hewlett-Packard Canada.
Rishi Kalra, OFI

Executive Director and Group CFO, Olam Food Ingredients and Co-Chair of the A4S CFO Leadership Network APAC Chapter
Rishi Kalra is the Managing Director and Group CFO of Olam Food Ingredients (OFI) and a member of the Executive Committee – the apex leadership body of OFI.
He joined Olam in the year 2000, and in his more than 20 years at Olam he has played many critical roles in Business, Geography and Corporate having lived across Asia, Europe and Africa. Prior to taking over as MD& GCFO of OFI consequent to the re-organization of Olam, Rishi was the President & Global Head – Corporate Finance for Olam International Limited.
Rishi has led many organization-wide initiatives, including the acquisition of ADM’s Cocoa processing business and leading the project team responsible for executing the re-organization of Olam.
He also spearheads the Finance for Sustainability (F4S) department at Olam, which he founded in 2019. F4S was established to lead Olam's efforts in creating the numerical link to Sustainability through the development of an Integrated Impact Statement (IIS).
Rishi is a graduate of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University, India and a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has received advanced professional certifications from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (USA) and Columbia Business School (USA).
Melanie Kreis, DHL Group

Melanie Kreis is a physicist by training and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
She began her career in 1997 as a consultant at McKinsey. In 2000 she moved to private equity firm Apax Partners.
In 2004 she joined Deutsche Post DHL Group, where she initially worked in the Corporate Development department in Bonn and later in the UK, leading the Exel integration.
In October 2006 she assumed the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Office. In 2009 she took over as EVP Corporate Controlling and in April 2013 as CFO of DHL Express.
On November 1st 2014 Kreis was promoted to the Board of Management of DHL Group, as the Board Member for Human Resources and Labor Director.
Since October 1st 2016, she has been the Chief Financial Officer of DHL Group.

Kevan Krysler joined Pure in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for Finance, Investor Relations, Procurement, and Facilities. He brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, global growth strategy, and business transformation.
Before joining Pure, Kevan served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at VMware, leading the global finance, accounting, treasury, strategic sourcing, and business transformation teams.
Kevan has significant experience developing and optimizing business models, leading cross-functional business transformation, and scaling organizations. He was an integral part of the executive leadership team which saw VMware more than double its bookings revenues, including substantial multibillion dollar growth in recurring revenues.
Prior to VMware, Kevan spent almost 20 years at KPMG including as partner for the last 9 years serving both multi-national and emerging software and technology companies.
Kevan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
Martin Murray OBE, Swire Pacific

Martin Murray OBE is Finance Director of Swire Pacific Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Swire Properties.
Martin was previously Chief Financial Officer of Cathay Pacific. Prior to joining Cathay Pacific in November 2011, Mr Murray was Deputy Finance Director of Swire Pacific Limited – a post he took up in August 2009.
Formerly with Ernst & Young in Scotland and Hong Kong, Mr Murray joined the Swire group in January 1995 and worked for the group in the Hong Kong SAR, the USA, Singapore and Australia. His roles included Manager Treasury, Finance Director Trading Division, Finance Director of the Shipping Division and Finance Director of John Swire & Sons Pty Ltd.
Mr Murray graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1988 with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Council of The Hong Kong Management Association.
Katie Murray, NatWest Group

Katie Murray joined the Group as Director of Finance in November 2015 and was appointed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer in March 2017. She was then appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer in January 2019.
Katie has worked in Finance and Accounting for nearly 30 years with experience in capital management, investor relations, financial planning and all areas of financial services. Katie was previously the Group Finance Director for Old Mutual Emerging Markets, based in Johannesburg from 2011-2015, having held various roles across Old Mutual from 2002. Prior to this Katie worked at KPMG for 13 years.
Katie is a Chartered Accountant having trained in Scotland and is a member of ICAS.
Barry O'Regan, SSE

Helen Price joined The Crown Estate as Chief Financial Officer in January 2025 and she brings a diverse range of financial experience from across FTSE listed businesses and expertise across the alternative asset sector, alongside a deep commitment to sustainability.
Prior to joining The Crown Estate, Helen was CFO of InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd, the international infrastructure asset manager. She was also the CFO of HICL Infrastructure PLC, the LSE-listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed. Before joining InfraRed in 2021, Helen was the CFO of EFG Private Bank. Prior to this, Helen was Group Financial Controller at 3i Group, where her responsibilities included valuations, and held several roles at Close Brothers Group.

Zane Rowe is chief financial officer at Workday, responsible for accounting, business finance, investor relations, tax, and treasury, in addition to advising on Workday business strategy and product development.
Prior to joining Workday, Zane was executive vice president and CFO of VMware, where he oversaw the company's finance and accounting functions, and led the strategy and development team. He also served as interim CEO of VMware from February to May 2021. Prior to his time at VMware, Zane was CFO at EMC, CFO at United Airlines, and led North America sales for Apple.
