ABOUT THE A4S FORUMS MEETING - NEW YORK

The A4S Controllers Forum, A4S Internal Audit & Risk Management Forum and A4S Capital Planning Forum will convene during Climate Week NYC for an interactive workshop.  The session will equip participants with a better understanding of how to respond efficiently and effectively with emerging sustainability disclosure requirements, as well as how to improve and optimize sustainability-related data. The session will also include several guest speakers to provide updates on the latest developments related to sustainability issue identification, data management, data quality, and disclosure.  A briefing with additional details will be sent to participants one week in advance. 

We hope to also organize an optional dinner for attendees on Wednesday, 23 September, and will provide confirmation to participants.

Who should attend

  • Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit and Risk professionals that have (or will have) direct involvement with sustainability-related matters.

Course objectives

After attending the workshop, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the latest developments on sustainability reporting requirements
  • Understand the role of the control environment in enhancing sustainability data quality
  • Develop actionable steps to improve sustainability data management and disclosure

There is no cost to attend this workshop. Due to this program being offered free of charge, there will be no refunds issued.
