This page (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms of use on which you make use of our site www.accountingforsustainability.org (the site), whether as a guest or as a registered user. Accessing the site

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the site, or the entire site, to users who have registered with us at our discretion and without the need to provide any reasons for doing so.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use or if we determine, at our absolute discretion, that your continued involvement with the site is harmful, or potentially detrimental to us.

in any way that might infringe third party rights or that might bring the site, us, TRH The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall or any of our sponsors or partners into disrepute.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any username and/or password allocated to you and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and/or password. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your username and/or password and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

Intellectual Property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site and the material published on it. The following uses of the material on the site are permitted:

Downloading and printing out a single copy of extracts of material from the site for non-commercial, personal use only; and
Reproduction of text extracts for the purpose of reporting such written material in news publications (in any media) provided that the material is reproduced accurately and not in a way that could confuse or mislead others and the source of the material is acknowledged.

Any other proposed use of the material for is subject to the prior written approval of the Clarence House Press Office unless otherwise permitted under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended). Permission to reproduce protected material does not extend to any material on the site which is identified as being the copyright of a third party. Authorisation to reproduce such material must be obtained from the copyright holders concerned. Details are provided below, or next to the material concerned.

Linking to the site
