Governance - Boards and Advisory Group

The Project is governed by the following boards / groups:

The Executive Board

The Executive Board is the technical, working committee that provides a forum for discussion and development in addition to guiding the work performed by the management team. The Executive Board is accountable to the Supervisory Board.
Membership of the Executive Board comprises representatives from the corporate sector, the investment community, academia and the accounting profession. The Executive Board meets on a monthly basis and is chaired by Paul Druckman.

The Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is the governance body that oversees work and sets the strategic direction towards meeting the Project's purpose and objectives.
Membership of the Supervisory Board comprises representatives from the corporate sector, the investment community, academia, the accounting profession and the public sector. The Supervisory Board meets on a bi-annual basis and is chaired by Sir Michael Peat.

The Advisory Group

The Advisory Group provides strategic support and guidance to the Project and facilitates links with other organisations working towards compatible goals.
Membership comprises a wide range of representatives including the corporate sector, the investment community, academia, the accounting profession, government and NGOs. The Advisory Group meets on a bi-annual basis and is chaired by Paul Druckman.
