The Prince’s Charities Event – Resilience and the Long-term: Rethinking Portfolio Strategy
On 27th June around 150 guests from pension funds, investment advisors and their corporate sponsors gathered at St James’s Palace State Apartments to hear His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales speak about the benefits to pension funds and the wider economy of sustainable investment strategies.
The event explored current risks and opportunities that pension funds face as a result of the major environmental and social trends impacting business and the economy.
There is an increasing amount of evidence that companies with sustainable business models deliver improved financial returns. The event explored this body of evidence and the implications for pension fund management.
